ICTs help us communicate more effectively. They provide capability to derive the economic and social benefits that electronic communications can bring. ICTs mean radio, television, satellite, fixed telephone, video, fax, and computers, wireless communication devices such as mobile phones, DVDs, CD-ROMs, voicemail and the Internet. For the developing countries, access to a preferred type and quality of ICT is a dream. There are great numbers in the population owning radio and television assets. A computer is not common around houses.
